Lead Firearms Instructor/RSO/ Motivation Speaker:

Brittney M.

Brittney “the woman of many hats”. Enlisted into the United States Army (Active Duty) in 2010 were she led her way into becoming the only female to qualify as an expert, marksman shooter both in pistol and AR-15 (M16 &4) and solider of the month twice, within her battalion. 

As she continued to lead from the front in her military career, she

officially became a veteran in 2018 as a Staff Sargent. Following her military obligation,

Brittney went straight into her next career goal which was becoming a Paramedic. After completing and passing EMT school at top of her class in 2018, she went straight into Paramedic School, where she showed up and showed out. After graduating, Brittney showed precise skills and abilities to save lives during crucial 911 calls for four straight years. 

During this time, she felt she had another calling of fulfilling another career goal,

of becoming a Law Enforcement Officer. Brittney started her Law Enforcement Career with Clayton County Police Department, then decided to take her talents to the City of Fairburn Police Department. During her career time as a LEO, she put her all into becoming the Officer that the people wanted and cherished. She combined her, Paramedic skills with her LE skills, saving lives without hesitation. 

In 2022, Brittney Montgomery, was awarded Police Officer of the Year followed by becoming deputized, with the Fulton County Sheriff Department. Brittney considers herself a firearms junkie, always developing her shooting skills to be great. To help and encourage others about firearms and live-fire training, Brittney became a USCCA Firearm’s Instructor and NRA

Ranger Safety Officer: helping those learn about the ins and outs of firearms safety, and self-defense for home and person(s), as well as conducting firearms training classes for those who want to obtain their concealed carry permit. 

With all said, the company 3Xclusive Defense Firearms Training was created along with Brittney and several other Partners to create a training class for all (beginners to advance).
